Moderní chata Lipno sits in a quiet cottage area at Lake Lipno, 200 m from the lake and a few steps from the forest. Start the day with coffee on the terrace, spend the afternoon in the shade of the garden, and stay by the fire in the evening until it burns down. In winter the ski slope is 2 km away, and when you come back, the wood stove is waiting. Lipno is close by, and yet it is quiet here.

A single-storey brick cottage of 55 m² on its own plot, always let to one party only. Two separate bedrooms, a living room with a dining area and kitchenette, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate WC: just right for five guests.

Glass doors open straight onto the terrace under the wooden pergola, with a dining table and a grill. Beyond it lies a 350 m² garden with a fire pit, wooden benches, a swing and a sandpit. You park right by the cottage.

In the evening, the wood stove is the heart of the living room. The kitchen has a dishwasher, induction hob, oven and coffee machine, so cooking for the whole family is easy. Bed linen and towels are ready for you, and cleaning is included in the price.

FAQ
Up to 5 guests. The two bedrooms have 5 beds (2 single beds; a double bed and a single bed), and the living room has a sofa bed as well. There is no extra bed; a cot can be arranged on request for a fee.
Lake Lipno and the beach are 200 m away. The valley station of the Lipno – Kramolín ski resort is 2 km away, which is 25 minutes on foot or 3 minutes by car. The nearest bus stop is 200 m from the cottage.
Unfortunately not, pets are not allowed at the cottage.
Check-in is between 2 pm and 11 pm, check-out by 10 am. Please let us know your arrival time in advance.
The whole cottage, bed linen, towels and final cleaning. The only extra is the local tax of CZK 50 per adult per night. There is no deposit.
In the summer season (15 June – 15 September) one week from Saturday to Saturday, in the winter season (15 December – 14 March) at least 4 nights, and off season at least 3 nights.
A 50% deposit is due 60 days before arrival and the balance 30 days before arrival, by bank transfer. Cancelling more than 21 days before arrival is free, 10–21 days before costs 30%, and less than 10 days before costs 50%.
